Dietary Services...

Residents enjoy an individually designed nutritional program as prescribed by their attending physician and supervised by a dietitian.  Residents' likes and dislikes are taken into consideration.  For those who need assistance, the staff is always available to help.  Delicious snacks and nutritional supplements are available.  In addition, our dietary department now offers an individual approach to natural health care.

Loved ones are invited to join residents monthly for a dining experience called "Gracious Dining."  A recent menu from a Gracious Dining evening offered Lobster Tail, Prime Rib, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Baked Stuffed Center Pork Chop, and Fresh Fish.  Regular dinner charge is $10 for guests and $4 for residents (slightly more for special meals like Lobster Tail).  Gracious Dining is always an event eagerly anticipated by residents and family members alike.
